The whole reason for these songs and this message is to equip all of God's children to learn how to "take up their sword" by SPEAKING THE WORD OF GOD OUT LOUD OUT OF THEIR MOUTH.

The Sword of the Spirit is our only OFFENSIVE WEAPON.  Derek Prince says ...When we speak the Word of God out loud, with a BELIEVING HEART, through BELIEVING LIPS, that it IS as powerful as when God created the UNIVERSE.

These songs are a teaching tool to memorize God's Word because the lyrics are full of Scripture.  Music is always very helpful for memory work.  Derek Prince says that we are not born with the Sword in our hand but that we need to take it up and let the Holy Spirit wield it.  If you will ask the Holy Spirit HOW to take up His Sword,  HE WILL HELP YOU!!

 

Psalms 149:5-9 says:

"Let the saints be joyful in glory; Let them sing aloud on their beds". Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, And a two-edged sword in their hand.  To execute vengeance on the nations, And punishments on the peoples, to bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron; to execute on them the written judgement - this privilege have all you saints. Praise the Lord! The Bible doesn't say IF YOU HAVE TIME or IF YOU FEEL LIKE IT.  He telling ALL of His children TO DO IT.  We all have different giftings and abilities but one thing that we have in COMMON is our WEAPON.  We all have the same weapon and we MUST USE IT!!

 

VISION THAT GOD GAVE:

I was helping a friend putty, sand & stain a deck.  Everywhere I go, I have a habit of proclaiming the Word.  My songs are a way that I do that sometimes when I cannot be at home.  I listen in my earpiece.  I was listening to a song as the sander was making it very difficult to hear.  God spoke to me and said, "See, I can hear you through all the noise (of the enemy) but it's time for me to hear ALL OF MY CHILDREN".  He showed me that in the same way the voice of the enemy covered over top of my little voice, that as the voice of the Bride crescendos louder and louder, that in the same way the evil voice tried drowning my voice out, that the voice of the Bride will drown out the voice of the enemy.  It is good to understand that when we speak HIS WORDS, WITH HIS SPIRIT, it IS the VOICE OF THE LORD out of our mouths.  The Bible says in Psa. 103:20.... Bless the Lord, Oh ye angels, that excel in strength, that do His commandments, hearkening unto the voice of the Lord.  So, His annointed Words out of our mouths strengthen the angels in battle.  They fight the battle for us and it manifests into this physical realm.  SPEAKING HIS WORD OUT LOUD EVERY DAY, EVERY MOMENT POSSIBLE IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN EVER!! Lift up your VOICE with HIS WORD. It does not  COME BACK VOID!  It accomplishes exactly what HE PLEASES  and it PROSPERS in the thing for which He sends it!! We can trust Him to do exactly what needs doing!  We DO NOT have to FIGURE IT OUT!! So, we can actually BATTLE and be AT PEACE at the SAME TIME!!  How awesome is that!?!
